Our second shop Ladywell is open at 268-270 High Street. Our therapy room is available for hire on Monday and Wednesday. Our larger room suitable for workshops is available by arrangement. If you'd like to share a talk or workshop, tell us your ideas.

Our Shamanic Power Retrieval and Past Life Regression evening on Thursday, February 18th sold out and we received many enquiries about it, so Fotoula will again be hosting another workshop on Thursday, the 25th of March from 7-9pm at a cost of five pounds. The 23 of us who attended the workshop received wise words and gentle guidance followed by 20 minutes of powerful, elemental drumming; rewarding us with a personal and moving shamanic experience. Fotoula's first day of Past Life Regression therapy is sold out on the 27th of February, so due to demand it will be on the last Saturday of every month. See the Friends of Ladywell Facebook site ffi.

Ladywell hosted a talk on Thursday with one the authors of 'The Element of Harmony Book and the Crystal Energy Cards', revealing new information as a result of Nat's profound clairvoyant investigation into the energy fields of crystals. Tony's talk was very well received and he'll be holding a workshop soon, to book call Ladywell on 0141 5527810.

We held an exhibition of Austin Osman Spare's original paintings, watercolours and automatic drawings on the 27th of August 2007 in Glasgow. Michael Staley and Caroline Wise gave inspirational talks about AOS to over 160 people, and we produced a catalogue containing the 13 artworks from our exhibition to commemorate this occult first for Scotland. The exhibition was arranged for one month, but was extended to over three due to the interest it generated. The catalogue, Zos and the prints are now available to buy in the magick section of this website.

23Enigma featured on Scottish Witches, a program about the revival of Witchcraft following a young woman starting out on her own path exploring Witchcraft. We've supplied Occult items for the BBC's Monarch of the Glen and Raven, Children of the Mist (Clan film), Handel's opera "Alcina" and River City. We hire out merchandise for anyone working in the media. We've even supplied a certain special brand of incense for Bon Jovi.

For two years we collaborated with the Kelvingrove Museum in Glasgow on two projects. One is a permanent exhibition of ancient bequeathed magick and healing charms. The other is a display photo of a fully working altar consecrated to the Universal Goddess and Nigra Dea, Ast (Isis) in the Egyptian gallery. This shows the continuity of magical practice from ancient times to the magical practices of today. We're not so very different from our ancestors are we?

23Enigma inhabits Glasgow's oldest street which originates from the neolithic. The High Street is situated on Ley Lines connecting sacred sites throughout Scotland, and Europe. These Ley Lines converge at the Necropolis, anciently named Dun Chattan, a stronghold of the southern Picts. The area between 23Enigma and the Necropolis is a site of ancient ritual importance, having been used by ancient Druids and as a 'Temple of the Moon'. 23 Enigma is dedicated to offering you books and products for the exploration of the Magickal Arts.

How to find us:
We are located near Glasgow Cathedral, The Necropolis and St. Mungo's Museum of Religion, which has beautiful ancient artifacts from all world religions. We are only a fifteen minute walk from Central and Queen St. stations.
